Blackcurrant Juice Concentrate 65°Brix - BLC1008

Blackcurrant juice concentrate is manufactured from sound, ripe New Zealand process grade blackcurrants. Typical varieties are Ben Ard, Ben Rua and Magnus. The extracted juice is pasteurised, filtered, evaporated, packed and then frozen. The concentrate does not contain added sugar, preservatives, colourings or flavourings.

All raw materials and the process employed in the preparation of blackcurrant juice concentrate shall be in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The extracted juice is prepared using stainless steel equipment, and stringent quality assurance procedures are enforced throughout manufacturing.
