Boysenberry Puree Seedless is manufactured from 100% sound, ripe process grade boysenberries. The fruit is milled and passed through a two stage screen process (finest = 0.8mm) to remove seeds then puree is pasteurised and aseptically packed into co-barrier pouch in lined drum. The puree does not contain added sugar, preservatives, colourings or flavourings.
Same product aseptically packed into 13kg net weight pouch in pail is coded BOY5100.
All raw materials and the process employed in the preparation of boysenberry puree shall be in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The extracted juice is prepared using stainless steel equipment, and stringent quality assurance procedures are enforced throughout manufacturing.
