OVERVIEW OF OUR JUICE CONCENTRATE

We manufacture our Juice Concentrate from high quality process grade carrots. The extracted juice is pasteurised, evaporated and packed on our state of the art production line and then frozen. The concentrate does not contain added sugar, preservative, colourings or flavourings.

We process all raw materials in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. We prepare all our extracted juices using stainless steel equipment, and we enforce stringent quality assurance procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

At JP-NZ, we use the whole carrot for juicing, not just bi-products such as skins and ends. This ensures that as much goodness as possible remains.

Our quality raw materials are predominantly sourced from the local area of South Canterbury, New Zealand. These are processed in our state-of-the-art facility according to strict quality control guidelines and our customer specifications.
