Clarified carrot juice concentrate is manufactured from sound process grade carrots and lemon juice concentrate. The extracted juice is acidified, depectinised, filtered, pasteurised, evaporated, packed and frozen. The concentrate does not contain added sugar, preservative, colourings or flavourings.
This product is coded CAR1175 when packed into pouch in pail (16kg Net weight).
All raw materials and the process employed in the preparation of clarified carrot juice concentrate shall be in the accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The extracted juice is prepared using stainless steel equipment and stringent quality assurance procedures are enforced throughout manufacturing.
