Beetroot Puree is manufactured from sound process grade beetroots. The beetroots are washed, milled, passed through a two stage screen, pasteurized and aseptically packed in a 200 litre steel drum and then stored chilled. The puree does not contain added sugar, preservative, colourings or flavourings.
