Beetroot juice concentrate is manufactured from sound process grade beetroot. The extracted juice has pectin removed (Non GMO pectinate), pH adjusted by Citric Acid addition, pass through separator, pasteurised, evaporated, packed and then frozen. The concentrate does not contain added sugar, preservatives, colourings or flavourings.

All raw materials and the process employed in the preparation of beetroot juice concentrate shall be in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The extracted juice is prepared using stainless steel equipment, and stringent quality assurance procedures are enforced throughout manufacturing.
